When I think of Elaine, the words kindness, honesty, well mannered, well read, and thoughtfulness immediately come to mind. She’s the kind of person, the kind of Mom, that you wish there are more of, because she embodies a goodness and a wholesomeness that add so much to her community, just by being herself. The role I have seen her in, and have come to admire, is that of a loving and affectionate Mother who passionately believes in bringing up her children with strong moral values.
I am including a photo of pumpkins on vines, because I saw that Elaine planted a pumpkin patch in the backyard for Justin and Meredith. Elaine always made an effort to make holidays festive and fun. I also remember the delicious deviled eggs she made when the Mom’s Group kids had an egg hunt at Judy’s house two Easter ago.
