Elaine was a dear and precious person. She lit up Patrick's life and supported him unstintingly. She was a wonderful mother as witnessed by the inner beauty of Justin and Meredith.
Whenever we were with her she unfailingly radiated warmth and true caring. We had many a delightful meal with her and Patrick.
Since we shared a taste for the exotic, we dined on Indian, Malayan, Chinese, French, Vietnamese, Korean, Mexican and Soul Food cuisines.
Her bravery with which she valiantly fought her disease would havefelled just about anyone. We will sorely miss her.
