To Describe Elaine

I think the best way to describe Elaine is "intense Christian". She was serious about being all that God wanted her to be. She loved Jesus and served Him with her whole heart. She was always building her relationship with Him, and from there building relationships with others. She was a lot of fun to be around, and she was a safe, loving person.

Her gain now we feel as loss. We sorrow for ourselves and wonder about the timing and the suffering. But we know she is in a better place, a better condition, and blessed in the awesome Presence of her Savior. I'm glad for her - and sad for us. But I look forward to when I will also share the joy she now experiences. The Lord gives and the Lord takes away. Blessed be the Name of the Lord! As Patrick said in his blog, thank You, Lord, for bringing Elaine into our lives!
